BAYADA HOSPICE is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to support and guide our NHH hospice this leadership role youll oversee clinical quality support our field clinicians and ensure patients and families receive the highest standard of hospice care.

What youll do

• Provide clinical leadership for a team of hospice nurses aides and other caregivers
• Oversee patient care planning case conferences and documentation
• Support clinicians with coaching mentoring and problem-solving in the field
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies hospice regulations and best practices
• Collaborate closely with the Hospice Director Medical Director and IDG team
• Help drive a positive supportive team culture that reflects The BAYADA Way

What were looking for

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of practice
• 2 years of hospice home health or related clinical experience (leadership/supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort making decisions that guide patient care
• Excellent communication organization and coaching skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time exemptleadership role.
• MondayFriday 8:30am5:00pm with flexibility based on client and team needs.
• Participation in anon-call rotationas needed to support the team.
• Primarily office-based in North Bergen NJ withroutine field visitsfor supervision support and quality oversight.
