Were hiring an IT Support & QA Engineer to be the on-the-ground owner of our NYC offices day-to-day technology and to add firepower to our QA team when IT load is light. This is a hybrid role with IT support as the primary responsibility: when something in the office stops working whether its Wi-Fi a TV in the conference room the Joan room-booking panels a teammates laptop or VPN youre the first person to make it right. When the IT queue is quiet youll plug into our QA team to test our next-generation embedded On-Demand Pay platform which serves hundreds of thousands of American consumers.

We expect the split to land around 75% QA / 25% IT based on current office size and ticket volume but IT always takes priority. Thats why this role is mandatory in-office 5 days a week at our NYC QA. When something breaks in the officewe need someone we trust to be there to fix it.

What youll do

IT This will be the priority to focus on when needs arise. We expect this to account for 25% of your day to day growing over time as Clair continues scaling.

QA When theres no current IT needs youll be an active contributor to Clairs QA team. We expect this to account for 75% of your day-to-day.

Additional Details

Location: This is an onsite position based in New York City you will be expected to come into the office five days a week.

Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $138000. The actual base pay within this range depends on many factors such as education skills and experience. Base pay is only one part of Clairs competitive total compensation package which includes benefits perks and equity. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
