In this position...

The Investment Efficiency group is seeking a highly motivated intellectually curious and disciplined finance analyst to collaborate with our manufacturing colleagues as they seek capital efficiencies. The ideal candidate will embrace a continuous improvement mindset in this fast-paced area supporting initiatives to deliver capital efficiencies. This position requires a strategic mindset a willingness to embrace change and innovation and a desire to leverage data to help identify efficiencies.



Responsibilities

What youll do...

  • Quantitative Workstream Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis for capital workstreams related to Vehicle Operations Facilities Tooling and Vendor Tooling. Model various capital deployment scenarios to identify the most efficient use of investment funds.
  • KPI Development and Dashboarding: Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to track defined KPIs and DRIs. Provide the technical data support that allows stakeholders to monitor efficiency realization in real-time.
  • Technical Tracking and Data Integrity: Develop and manage robust tracking mechanisms (using SQL Alteryx Power BI or Excel) to monitor the progress of each workstream. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all efficiency reporting.
  • Financial Forecast Modeling: Execute the integration of efficiency gains into the monthly financial forecast. Perform variance analysis to reconcile actual efficiency realization against projected targets ensuring all data is formatted for seamless upload into financial systems.
  • Gap Identification and Root Cause Analysis: Utilize statistical methods to identify unidentified savings opportunities. Perform deep-dive analysis into the capital efficiency gap providing the data evidence needed to bridge the delta between current spend and efficiency targets.
  • Process Automation and Tooling: Identify opportunities to automate manual data collection and reporting tasks. Leverage modernization tools to build automated workflows that reduce manual entry and increase the speed of insight generation.
  • Benchmarking and Comparative Analysis: Collect and normalize internal and external datasets to perform benchmarking. Quantify how facilities and tooling investments compare to industry standards or historical internal performance to highlight new optimization opportunities.



Qualifications

Youll have...

  • Bachelors or Masters degree (Finance Accounting or Economics preferred)
  • 4 years as a Capital Efficiency Analyst or similar financial role.
  • Product Development Finance and Project Management experience preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize assignments multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills ability to build relationships with operating partners

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99100-$166200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidates skills and experience and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope responsibility and competitive market value.
