Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes tire rotations fluid checks)
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify service needs
- Document services accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Communicate recommendations clearly to customers
- Complete minor repairs (filters wipers bulbs etc.)
- Stay current with tools technology and repair techniques
- Work collaboratively to ensure timely service
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Team-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
- Basic automotive knowledge required
- Experience with shop tools/equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
