Job Description Summary

Sales Manager Oil & Gas is responsible for driving commercial growth and developing strategic customer relationships within the O&G market with a strong focus on End Users OEMs and electrical module integrators/fabricators. This role leads business development account management opportunity pipeline creation and sales execution for products systems and solutions aligned with customer project needs.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen technical understanding and relationship management skills to identify opportunities influence specifications and secure profitable orders in complex project sales environments.

Job Description

Essential responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Oil & Gas market across assigned territories and key accounts;

  • Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities managing the full sales cycle from early engagement to contract closure;

  • Drive account planning and customer engagement to influence project specifications and increase market share;

  • Coordinate closely with engineering application proposal project management and service teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment;

  • Monitor market trends investment plans procurement strategies and bid opportunities to proactively position solutions.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (an Engineering degree is a strong differentiator);

  • Proven experience in technical sales business development or account management within the Oil & Gas market;

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel and drive as required by business needs;

  • Strong understanding of O&G project sales cycles procurement processes and commercial practices;

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex bids negotiations and long sales cycles;

  • Advanced level proficiency in Portuguese and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
