Review documentation and transaction details to ensure accurate case handling.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company procedures payment processes and compliance requirements.
Work closely with internal departments to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure all cases are handled within required timelines and company standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year and up conversion and retention experience
Fluent in German Japanese or French
Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
