Role: Customer Service Representative
Project: Home Appliances
Languages: Italian (C1/native) and English (B2)
Location: On-site in Lisbon Portugal
Type of Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months)
Key Details
Training Start Date: 28/May/26
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
- Sunday and one rotational day off per week.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand.
- Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and service requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone email and chat.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
What Were Looking For
- Languages: Proficient in Italian (C1/native) and English (B2).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1000 gross/month (14 months).
- Meal Allowance: 7.63/day
- Attendance Bonus: 100 gross/month (11 months)
