Role: Customer Service Representative
Project: Home Appliances
Languages: Italian (C1/native) and English (B2)
Location: On-site in Lisbon Portugal
Type of Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months)
Key Details
Training Start Date: 28/May/26
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
Sunday and one rotational day off per week.
Your Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand.
Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and service requests.
Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone email and chat.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
What Were Looking For
Languages: Proficient in Italian (C1/native) and English (B2).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: 1000 gross/month (14 months).
Meal Allowance: 7.63/day
Attendance Bonus: 100 gross/month (11 months)
