Annual Salary: Approx. $120000 (compensation structure will move from a flat annual salary to a commission-based salary with greater earning potential. Finalized compensation structure will be communicated during the interview process)

Were looking for a Team Lead Mobile Mortgage Specialists to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization playing a critical role in our consumer banking and mortgage specialist teams. The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Craftand implement comprehensivemortgage acquisition strategiesaligned with our member needs.
• Develop solutions and make recommendations based on anunderstanding of the members needsand business strategy.
• Be anindependent self-managed professional who enjoys developingnewbusiness in a fast-paced competitive market.
• Leverage existing relationships to demonstrate a strong understanding of the market and be able to translate those relationships into results for you and your team.
• Grow your network andcreate lasting connectionswith realtors brokers and others who will refer opportunities back to you.
• Foster communityinteraction and engagement througheffective communicationand relationship-building.
• Have theflexibility to meet your members lifestyle when and where it is convenient for them.
• Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies simplify members banking needs and enhance the member experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated results in consumer/mortgage lending and underwriting (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Completion of some post-secondary education in Commerce Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
• Ability to analyze financial data credit reports and property values in order to evaluate eligibility risk factors and affordability.
• Detail-oriented and risk aware contributing to the safeguarding of our companys assets and reputation.
• Proficient in digital literacy including (but not limited to) critical thinking problem solving and navigation using digital solutions.
• Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel Teams Viva Power Automate Power BI Copilot).
