Position: Account Manager
Location: Athens Greece

Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop relationships with existing business clients within the assigned territory
- Support customers with renewals products and service-related solutions while identifying upselling opportunities where applicable
- Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Guide customers through onboarding processes and encourage strategic product adoption
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify retention or growth opportunities
- Address customer concerns and help resolve issues impacting product usage or satisfaction
- Maintain regular outbound communication with clients via phone and email
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain updated account information
- Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain strong product and service knowledge to effectively support customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or proficient French speaker with good command in English (B2 level and higher)
- Previous experience in account management sales customer success or client relationship management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work towards individual and team targets
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Confidence in handling outbound client communication.
