区域销售策略制定与执行

根据公司全国销售战略制定并执行所辖区域的销售计划达成销售目标与市场份额增长
分析区域市场动态客户需求与竞争格局制定差异化销售策略

大客户与重点项目管理

负责区域内重点医院战略型医院客户的开发与维护推动大单项目落地
协调资源支持新建医院重点科室建设等项目提升客户粘性与满意度

产品与解决方案推广

深入理解公司超声产品组合与临床应用场景结合客户需求制定个性化解决方案
推动跨Segment产品整合提升方案匹配度与客户价值感知

销售团队管理与赋能

管理并激励区域销售团队设定目标跟踪绩效推动团队成长
组织销售培训与经验分享提升团队专业能力与执行力

跨部门协作与资源整合

与市场产品服务等部门紧密协作确保项目顺利推进与客户满意
反馈市场信息与客户需求支持产品优化与策略调整

任职资格

本科及以上学历医学市场管理类相关专业优先
5年以上医疗设备销售经验具备超声产品销售背景者优先
熟悉医院采购流程与项目管理有大客户或新建医院项目经验
具备良好的市场分析能力与销售策略制定能力
具备团队管理经验能激励团队达成目标并持续成长
具备优秀的沟通协调能力与跨部门协作意识
承压力强具备强烈的客户导向与结果导向
