General Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in the coatings or related industry.
- Good background and know how of industry coating products solutions business judgment
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Manage forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership on key metrics and business outcomes.
- Develop personal business growth within overall products portfolio.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
1 Bachelors degree in chemistry Chemical Engineering or similar
2 More than 5yrs working experience in coating ink or plastic market
3 Interpersonal skills and networking capabilities are important for all kinds of internal communication.
4 Good spoken and written English skill

Education
Degree or professional qualification in Science or Engineering-related discipline
