Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licence Clerk to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all licences and permits required for our companys operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain all necessary licences and permits for the company including business licences real estate licences and other relevant permits.
- Ensure all licences are up to date and in compliance with local state and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all licences and permits including renewal dates and any necessary fees.
- Communicate with government agencies and other entities to obtain and renew licences and permits as needed.
- Keep abreast of any changes in licensing requirements and ensure the company remains in compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all necessary licences are obtained for new projects or ventures.
- Assist with any audits or inspections related to licences and permits.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent some college or post-secondary education preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Knowledge of local state and federal licensing requirements and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
