Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our services and properties to potential buyers and renters. You will also play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and successful transaction for all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling networking events and referrals

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends

- Showcase properties to potential buyers and renters and provide accurate information about features pricing and availability

- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients ensuring their needs and preferences are met

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships

- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve company goals

- Attend training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of the real estate market

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update client information in the company database

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the real estate industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office

- Valid real estate license is preferred but not required

- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is a plus
