Position: Customer Service Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients both in person and over the phone
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and showings for properties
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on company policies procedures and services to effectively assist customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with tact and diplomacy
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer service experience and provide feedback to management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
