Occupational Therapist
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (No Nights Weekends or Holidays)
Overview:
Were seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join a supportive interdisciplinary care team. This role focuses on helping older adults maintain independence safety and quality of life through personalized therapy and rehabilitation services all within a stable weekday schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy in both center and home settings.
- Conduct home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care.
- Supervise COTAs and Rehab Aides as needed.
- Maintain accurate timely documentation.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Massachusetts.
- Graduate of an accredited OT program.
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
- Experience with the geriatric population preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Local travel required.
Schedule:
- Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
- No nights weekends or holidays
