The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis with the ability to collect organize and interpret large sets of data. As a Data Analyst you will play a crucial role in helping our company make informed decisions and improve our overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect organize and analyze large sets of data from various sources such as sales marketing and operations

- Identify patterns and trends in the data and provide insights to inform business decisions

- Develop and maintain data models databases and dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide support in data-driven decision making

- Conduct research and data mining to identify potential growth opportunities and areas for improvement

- Create and present reports and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of real estate industry and data analytics in the market is a plus
