Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility Needed
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and treatment to patients with physical impairments or disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients medical history and physical abilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients needs and goals
- Implement and monitor treatment plans making adjustments as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Document all patient progress and treatment in a timely and accurate manner
- Stay updated on advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to work weekends and possibly float to neighboring sites as needed
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $40-$43 per hour. Client also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match and paid time off.
