Job Summary
Parts Counter Job Order
We are seeking a presentable reliable and detailoriented Parts Counter Associate for a highvolume sales counter. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers learns quickly and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide bestinclass customer service to customers and coworkers
- Pull orders accurately and efficiently as needed
- Lift boxes weighing 4050 lbs
- Follow procedures to ensure accurate order picking
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
- Switch between customer service and order pulling as needed
- Operate standup forklifts (training provided)
Qualifications
- Must be presentable and professional
- Strong ability to work with fractions and numbers
- Trainable with the ability to work independently and with team spirit
- Basic computer and keyboard skills required
- Simple math skills required
- Bilingual skills helpful but not required
- Willingness to build experience and grow in the role over time
Pay & Advancement
- Starting pay: $17.50/hr
- Increase to $18.50/hr after successful completion of a 30day performance test demonstrating understanding of the partnumber system
- Additional earning potential through a sales commission program
