The construction industry is projected to continue to grow. Our Industrial Ed Construction teachers will help meet that need by teaching students about basic hand tools power tools blueprints cabinet installation roofing plumbing and HVAC addition students will develop masonry skills carpentry skills communication skills and employability skills. The purpose of this position is to prepare students for employment or advanced training in the building construction industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Six years of recent experience in the construction industry or equivalent combination of education training and experience. (For example two years experience in field and a bachelors degree)

• Construction experience in: Building Construction AC and Heating Mechanic Building Maintenance Carpentry Drafting Electrical Engineering Plumbing Sheet Metal Technical Construction Technical Drafting Trowel Trades
