What Youll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):

• Command the Shop: Oversee the daily hustle of our maintenance department. Youre the conductor of this diesel-powered orchestra!

• Coach & Mentor: You arent just a boss; youre a pro trainer. Lead inspire and develop a team of skilled technicians to be the best in the business.

• The Tech Wizard: Use the M5 Planner to schedule repairs track parts and ensure our fleetfrom heavy-duty trucks to alternative fuel vehiclesis in peak condition.

• Safety First Always: Ensure every bolt is tight and every repair meets our gold-standard safety and federal/state regulations.

• Problem Solver: Dive into complex diagnostics and lead the way on advanced preventive maintenance.

Whats in Your Toolbox

• Experience: At least 3 years of heavy diesel truck maintenance and 1 year in a leadership or lead tech role.

• Knowledge: You know your way around engines emissions hydraulics and air brakes like the back of your hand.

• Skills: Youre a pro with Microsoft Office and can juggle schedules and budgets without breaking a sweat.

• Grit: Youre ready to lift 50 lbs work in the shop environment and lead from the front.
