As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Agent in King Of Prussia PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by following site-specific procedures access guidelines and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and sharing relevant details with management and/or local responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property including lobbies hallways parking areas and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entrances exits and common areas to help support authorized access observe site conditions and report security-related issues hazards and/or policy violations.
• Assist with routine property operations by providing directions answering questions and maintaining a professional presence that helps support order throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
