About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead develop and scale our sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth building strong client relationships and implementing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can motivate a team to consistently exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Lead coach and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting and insights
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends
- Oversee the sales pipeline forecasting and CRM management
- Recruit train and onboard new sales team members
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales with at least 35 years in a leadership role
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership coaching and team management skills
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
