Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Eastern Europe Sales Manager to drive sales and business development across key markets in Eastern and Southeastern Europe. The role focuses on managing and expanding distributor relationships sales channels and market presence for Astraux products (with primary emphasis on smart mini electric vehicles).
Target Markets: Czech Republic (CZ) Slovakia (SK) Hungary (HU) Slovenia (SI) Croatia (HR) Greece (GR) Romania (RO)
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop sales operations across CZ SK HU SI HR GR and RO.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors dealers and key partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Conduct market analysis competitor monitoring and local demand research.
Coordinate with headquarters on product supply pricing and marketing support.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to overseas leadership.
Support local marketing activities and customer acquisition initiatives.
Requirements
At least 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry (electric vehicles or mobility products preferred).
Fluent English (must be able to use English as the working language).
Proactive self-motivated attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in market expansion and business development is a big plus.
Based in or having deep market knowledge of the target Eastern European countries (local identity / network is highly preferred).
Willingness to travel within the region when needed.
