Traitement de la partie administrative de notre flotte de véhicule avec nos logiciels internes
Prise des appels entrants agence
Commandes diverses de matériel
Constitution et traitement des rapports hebdomadaires à destination des Responsables dagence
Archivages
Gestion des objets trouvés suivant les règles et procédures internes
Rangement des surfaces de stockage darchivage


Gestion des litiges :
Suivi et réponse des réclamations reçues en Agence

Support Administratif services annexes :
Support sur la réalisation des inventaires
Support pour les prévisions dactivités transmises aux prestataires
