Key Responsibilities:
1. Basic Financial Accounting: Responsible for the complete accounting of the Indonesian subsidiary including but not limited to expense reimbursement accounts receivable and payable fixed assets cost accounting and month-end closing. Ensure timely and accurate accounting complying with Indonesian accounting standards and the companys financial system. Utilize the SAP system to complete the entire process of voucher entry review and posting ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data in the SAP system.
2. Tax Filing and Compliance: Familiar with Indonesian local tax regulations (VAT corporate income tax individual income tax etc.). Independently responsible for the subsidiarys various tax filings tax payments and invoice management. Cooperate with tax authorities during inspections handle tax irregularities ensure the companys tax compliance and mitigate tax risks. Maintain good tax relations with local Indonesian tax authorities.
3. Funds Management: Responsible for the subsidiarys fund receipts and expenditures control and bank account management. Prepare fund receipts and expenditures plans monitor fund flows and ensure the safety and efficient use of funds. Liaise with banks for payments and reconciliation report the fund status to headquarters in a timely manner and cooperate with headquarters to complete fund allocation related work.
4. Budget Management: Assist headquarters and subsidiary managers in preparing annual and quarterly financial budgets track budget execution analyze discrepancies between budgets and actual results provide rational suggestions and promote budget implementation; regularly prepare budget execution reports to support management decision-making.
5. Financial Statements and Analysis: Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements (balance sheet income statement cash flow statement etc.) for subsidiaries on time ensuring the statements are true accurate and complete; assist in financial analysis analyze financial data identify financial risks and provide basic financial advice.
6. SAP System Maintenance: As a core user of the subsidiarys SAP financial module responsible for daily system operation and maintenance promptly handling system operation issues and cooperating with headquarters to optimize upgrade and verify the SAP system to ensure the system is synchronized with actual business operations.
7. Other Tasks: Cooperate with headquarters finance to complete audits internal control checks etc.; organize and archive financial vouchers reports tax documents etc.; complete other financial-related tasks assigned by superiors.
