Job Summary
Public Kitchen and Bar Finz Seafood and Grill and Bella Cucina are three well-established Queenstown restaurants collectively known as Wai Hospitality Group.
We require multiple full-time permanentCommis Chefswho genuinely care and want to join an amazing team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a commercial kitchen.
- $28.00 to $29.66 per hour depending on experience
- Rostered day and evening shifts Monday to Sunday
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Prepare cook and present dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Monitoring portion and waste control correctly label store and rotate food items.
- Prep and order lists receive and put away deliveries.
- Compliance with regulations
- Communication with the kitchenand restaurant team and wider Hospitality Group
- Guest focused to nurture an excellent guest experience creating raving fans

Applicants should be able to commit to a minimum of 12 months and be a New Zealand citizen/resident or hold a valid work visa. We are however an Accredited Employer and can offer Visa support if required.
