Project Architect

LMN is currently seeking a full-time Project Architect to join our team. Candidates should be passionate about architecture bring a strong design sensibility and value the process of translating design into documentation and construction.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead project teams in the development and execution of design.
• Prepare design and construction documents developing thoughtful and effective architectural solutions.
• Demonstrate an understanding of each projects design intent and produce documentation that supports that intent.
• Coordinate project documentation with consultants.
• Coordinate and manage the construction administration process including interface with owner contractor and consultants.
• Organize team members tasks and meetings.
• Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in architecture required.
• 10 years of professional experience across a range of project types.
• Experience with building code analysis permitting processes and construction administration.
• Proficiency in Revit required; familiarity with Rhino preferred.
• LEED accreditation or demonstrated knowledge of sustainable design principles preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication organizational and analytical skills.

Office & Hybrid Hours
LMN employees collaborate in-office on Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. Fridays are hybrid workdays that allow employees to work in the office from home or any location they choose. Core work hours are from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm and provide flexibility for employees to structure their schedules around personal commitments and commuting.

Compensation
This is a salaried position with a pay range of $100000 to $125000. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
