Job Summary

Multi-Family Construction Group is currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead planning execution monitoring and closeout of assigned MEP projects
Supervise Project Coordinators & Assistant Project Manager teams to achieve schedule budget and quality objectives
Manage project scope schedule and budget ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and Skills

Qualifications include:

512 years of progressive experience managing MEP construction projects
Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large project budgets ($5M$50M)
Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems construction methods and building codes
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Project Procore Bluebeam Spectrum and/or other construction management software
