Tom Wood Lexus is seeking a dedicated and energetic Service Lane Attendant to support our service team. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience and keeping our service operations running smoothly.

Pay: $18/hour bonus for full-time employees

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service lane

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane and dealership lot

• Park retrieve and organize customer and dealership vehicles

• Assist with vehicle preparation transportation and lot organization

• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive dealership experience

• Help maintain a safe clean and welcoming environment

• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications

• Friendly professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive outgoing attitude with a strong customer-first mindset

• Team-oriented flexible and eager to learn

• Required: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
