Sales Manager

Feyer Auto Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Ahoskie NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance building strong customer relationships and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and growing our business.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with other departments to optimize vehicle availability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales management or a related sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of vehicle financing and dealership operations is a plus.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
• Must be located in or willing to travel to Ahoskie NC.
