ACCIONA in Infrastructure is currently looking for a Technical Office Engineer for MCRP02 railway project located in San Fernando Pampanga.Job Description
- Manage the document control system ensuring accurate filing proper organization and full traceability of all incoming and outgoing documents
- Monitor and update submission statuses ensure compliance with deadlines and conduct timely follow-ups for pending reviews and approvals
- Support procurement planning by coordinating material requirements and aligning delivery schedules with the project construction timeline
- Collaborate closely with site teams to integrate technical inputs and address on-site requirements efficiently
Required Skills and Competencies
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in document control and management of civil engineering documentation within construction projects preferably in railway projects
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in railway construction is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work effectively with diverse teams including expatriates as required
