Senior Sales Education Associate

Job Summary
*This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be onsite at our Portage MI office 2-3x/week.
The Sr. Sales Education Associate will conduct technical training courses for sales representatives and reseller partners in the use of complex situations for multiple products for our Neurosurgical & Enabling Technologies BU. They will also interact with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for the content of courses. Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation field service requirements or software documentation.

- Advanced understanding of educational program design
- Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and executes sales education courses and programs
- Organizes in-class or virtual courses
- Gather track and organize data from education programs
- Understands how our Sales Education strategy supports our business strategy
- Understands the budgeting process and tracks expenses for educational programs
- Knows current key stakeholders and networks/communicates with them
- Enhances sales education workstreams
- Follow and use corporate branding guidelines
- Aware of commonly used communication tools and who our target audience is
What you need (Required):
- Bachelors degree required
- 2 years of work experience required
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
- MBA preferred
- 2 years medical device or marketing experience preferred
- Previous experience in an education or training setting
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word & PowerPoint)
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- USN: $69500 - $110900 USD Annual
