Pay Range
$38.20 - $57.30The Clinical Rehabilitation Liaison Lead increases referrals through sales and marketing and performing pre-admission screens on potential rehabilitation clients. Provides leadership and support for the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies potential referral sources within a target markets
- Facilitates interactions between referral sources and system
- Coordinates with referral sources and facility staff to conduct facility tours
- Develops and communicates action plans and solutions which meet customer objectives
- Conducts a minimum number of customer contacts per week defined by leadership including cold calls and submits weekly call activity and monthly reports
- Provides education and materials for referral sources
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Clinical Studies or RN PT OT or SLP
- Appropriate NC license as per clinical specialty required
- PR skills and experience preferred
