Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Manager for Rehab Services

As a Rehab Manager you will coordinate and deliver high quality rehabilitation services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Lead cohesive teams that maintain compliance with regulations. Develop and implement strategic plans. Serve as mentor and role model for professional practice. Develop and maintain unit operating budget

Education

• Bachelors or Higher Degree in Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy

Certification/Licensure

• License in Appropriate Disciple
• Certification for Appropriate Discipline
• BLS - AHA

Experience

• Clinical Rehab Services - 5 Years
• Previous Supervisory Experience Required
