Available Shifts:

1. SundayThursday: 7:30 AM 3:00 PM

2. FridayMonday (4-day workweek):

   • Friday & Saturday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM

   • Sunday & Monday: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM

3. MondayFriday: 1:30 PM 9:00 PM

Job Summary:

SIXT Rent a Car a proud member of the Tom Wood Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our full-time team at the Cincinnati Airport location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people problem-solving and thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering a seamless rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with the rental process

• Process reservations modifications and vehicle returns

• Educate customers on rental terms vehicle features insurance options and available upgrades

• Conduct vehicle walk arounds before and after rentals to document vehicle condition

• Resolve customer questions concerns or complaints with professionalism

• Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and efficient workflow

• Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area

• Adhere to all company policies safety procedures and customer service standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior customer service experience preferred (hospitality retail or automotive a plus)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Positive attitude with a professional and courteous demeanor

• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $17.00$19.00/hour
