We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Director Employee Data to lead the accuracy compliance and integrity of Workday data within our People Services organization. This role oversees centralized HR data processes ensuring accuracy integrity and timely execution of Workday employee data across the organization. The lead drives continuous improvement supports key HR systems and partners with HR and business stakeholders to deliver efficient highquality services.
What Youll Do
Lead and develop a team responsible for Workday employee data administration data quality auditing and bargaining unit data support.
Ensure accurate employee data to support downstream systems and enterprise-wide processes.
Oversee MSS support large-scale data changes and executive-level transactions.
Manage ongoing audits to identify resolve and prevent data discrepancies.
Support bargaining unit data processes including mass updates pay adjustments and special allowances.
Document and improve standard processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with HR managers and cross-functional partners to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective service.
Experience in HR operations shared services or HRIS data management.
Strong knowledge of Workday or similar HR systems.
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Ability to analyze data and improve processes; union data experience is a plus.
Qualifications You Must Have
A University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word Powerpoint Outlook) PowerBI Workday Service Now.
7 years of experience with HR Practices and Data Privacy.
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions to resolve them.
Ability to supervise and manage a small team of exempt employees (2 people leaders 7 individual contributors).

The salary range for this role is 157200 USD - 298800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
