Your Day on a Page:An exciting opportunity has become available for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Keytons Marketing & Corporate Affairs team on a 7-month Fixed-term contract to support the delivery and optimisation of our digital channels and campaigns during a key period of is a handson role for someone who loves the detail thrives on collaboration and is energised by turning insight into to the Digital Channels Manager youll plan coordinate and execute digital marketing activity across our owned and paid channels. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver seamless digital experiences that support commercial outcomes customer engagement and brand role balances execution and optimisation ideal for someone who enjoys building launching testing and continuously responsibilities will include:Digital planning & executionCoordinate and deliver website and digital channel updates including copy landing pages forms surveys and event pagesBuild test and launch digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channelsCoordinate digital assets and templates across website EDM and paid mediaGuide external media agency partners on SEM requirements and campaign objectivesSupport rollout of technical website enhancements in partnership with ITCustomer nurture & optimisationPlan and deliver multichannel customer nurture campaigns informed by data and insightsReview performance and user behaviour to recommend and implement channel optimisations that improve CX UX leads and ROIMeasurement reporting & insightTrack campaign performance and customer interaction data across channelsSupport benchmarking reporting and performance evaluationPresent campaign results insights and optimisation recommendations to stakeholdersStakeholder collaborationAct as a trusted digital specialist for marketing and broader business stakeholdersManage timelines with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely highquality deliverySupport upskilling and enablement of team members in digital selfservice where appropriateGovernance & qualityWork within budget and delegated authorityEnsure legal approvals brand guidelines and bestpractice standards are met across all digital activityAbout you:Degree qualification in Marketing or a related discipline with a strong digital focus 5 years experience in a similar digital marketing role Handson experience with a CMS (Kentico or similar cloudbased platforms desirable) Strong capability in digital performance marketing analytics and optimisation Experience planning and executing customer nurture and EDM programs Confidence using tools such as GA4 heatmapping reporting dashboards and DAM systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement experience Strong time management attention to detail and problemsolving capability Practical experience using AI tools (including Copilot or similar) to drive efficiency and qualityKeyton Benefits:Competitive salary Bonus schemeHybrid working environment - opportunity to mix work from home and office environmentAdditional generous leave entitlements - 4x Wellbeing days off per year Community Day Volunteer leave and purchased leaveCareer development and growth opportunitiesAnnual vaccinations and skin checksHealth & Wellbeing ProgramSonder mental wellbeing app accessWorking with an organisation that leads with heart where kindness mattersBe part of a team that values innovation compassion and making a differenceReady to Join the FunIf youre passionate about marketing vibrant and caring communities for independent living seniors wed love to hear from you!
