- Be Present - Greet our customers at the arrivals area at the start of their holiday to create a great first impression providing a friendly and efficient check-in and boarding service for departing customers offering helpful advice on the sales desk and being present for our customers throughout their time at the airport
- Take Responsibility - and procedures are implemented and adhered to. Ensuring quality standards are met and safe practices are always carried out. Responsible for safety reporting using the company system (The Hub)
- Work as One Team - Working in partnership with internal colleagues and internal partners including Ground Operations colleagues thirdparty providers and our Flight Deckand Cabin Crew Teams to ensure the best Customer experience
