Nurse Practitioner VA Disability Medical Evaluations (3 Days/Week)
Schedule: 3 weekday shifts per week 8-hour days No treatment or prescribing
Salary: $115000$125000 annually (pro-rated based on hours worked)
Summary:
The IMA Group is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to perform focused medical evaluations for Veterans applying for VA disability benefits. This role offers a consistent 3-day-per-week weekday schedule with no ongoing patient care responsibilities. What Youll Do:
- Conduct focused medical exams and review medical histories for VA disability claims
- Document findings and functional limitations in detailed evaluation reports
- Submit completed evaluations through our streamlined digital platform
Who You Are:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Masters degree in Nursing
- At least 1 year of professional clinical experience (primary care urgent care specialty clinic or similar)
- Preferred backgrounds: Family Medicine Internal Medicine Emergency Medicine PM&R or Orthopedics
