Both stores offer a guaranteed base salary plus commission with an expected earning range of $50000 $150000 annually depending on performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers building trust and long-term relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features technology and safety systems
• Handle internet leads phone inquiries and showroom traffic professionally
• Negotiate and finalize sales transactions while delivering an excellent customer experience
• Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred (not required; training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a positive team-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
