| Job Description: | - Responsible for the day-to-day operations of DRC Testing Services to include management and administration of all accommodated exams.
- Develops and implements standards and guidelines for testing services with the Associate Director
- Supervises the scheduling of over 25000 exams annually.
- Manages the Testing Office electronic database system.
- Communicates and problem-solves with students and instructors regarding exam scheduling and specific exam concerns.
- Consults and supports faculty on the facilitation of accommodated test.
- Collaborates with DRC staff to meet student testing needs and maintains knowledge and use of testing adaptive software and assistive technology.
- Serve as liaison with other departments on campus as well as external agencies to receive and disseminate information regarding testing services and other related office operations and collaborations including with academic departments and support services.
- Ensures the Testing Office has a current inventory of all items and communicates to the Associate Director for Testing Services when orders need to be fulfilled.
- Supervises Testing Coordinators and Testing Assistants. Responsible for weekly one-on-ones to ensure expectations are being met.
- Collaborates with Associate Director for training and onboarding of Testing team.
- Assists the Associate Director with student assistants when needed especially the schedule to ensure maximum coverage in all locations during all testing hours.
- Ensures proper testing staff coverage throughout hours of operations.
- Serves on departmental divisional and university-wide committees task force. Serves as a liaison with other departments with the goal of supporting students with disabilities.
- Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE: - Experience working with students with physical sensory psychological or learning disabilities -Experience with high level customer service techniques and fundamentals.
KNOWLEDGE: Proficient in use of a Windows-based computer and Microsoft Office.
SKILLS - Outstanding time management and organizational skills. - Strong student support services skills. - Effective professional written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work with a broad constituency. - Strong conflict management skills. - Strong relationship building skills (faculty staff and student staff etc)
