Nurse navigators/Palliative care and dietician are at both locations. Department Description: Hematology/Oncology Hospital Outpatient department Patient Volume: 12-15 patients per day Patient Age Group: 18 EMR/Documentation System: EPIC Beacon Special Procedures/Unit Details: Clinic is attached to a 21 chair infusion room and in the same center as radiation oncology at one location. Center has a 5 chair infusion center at the other location. Requirements: Are Board Certifications Req d: Yes or at least pending exam for board certification. Call Monday-Sunday every 3rd : BC in Hem/Onc; VA license (no IMLC); BLS VA DEA; 1 year minimum experience; up-to-date flu vaccine; Epic EMR Special Equipment : - MUST know Epic facility will not train Providers MUST be comfortable with fast pace/high volume. Providers MUST have a VA license to be considered and before any dates are booked. IMLC not accepted in VA. Malpractice alone unless excessive is not an issue. It is a candidate who has both license background and malpractice meaning 2 strikes on record we cannot submit over. Only clean candidates with limited malpractice.
