Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations and fluid checks
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
• Accurately document all services performed in compliance with company standards
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers
• Stay current with automotive technology tools and repair techniques
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
• Complete minor repairs such as replacing air filters wiper blades and light bulbs
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Team-oriented adaptable and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
• Basic automotive knowledge required; experience with shop equipment (wheel/tire tools alignment systems diagnostic tools AC equipment) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
