Fields Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park IL is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create life-long relationships.

Hours: Monday- Thursday 7am - 2pm

Saturday 8am - 1pm

Responsibilities:

• Createa variety of delicious mealsanddevelopnew menu items

• Ensurethe quality and presentation of food dishes.

• Provide afriendly and courteousexperiencetoallcustomers.

• Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflows andtimelyservice.

• Maintain inventory managing food costs and placing orders.

• Aware andmaintaincompliance with all health safety and sanitation regulations.

• Respondto customer inquiries or requests including accommodating special dietary needs.

• Maintaincleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.

• Implementhygiene policies and inspecting equipment regularly.

• Managefood waste andoptimizeinventory usage.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.

• Ability to create innovative and appealing dishes.

• Understanding offlavor profiles and food pairings.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations.

• Understandingfood cost control and inventory management.
