Job Summary
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Jeddah Saudi Arabia
Duration: Full-time
Candidate:
- MUST be from Italmatch Chemicals or MUST have previously worked for BWA Water Additives. Only candidates from these companies will be shortlisted and processed
Must-Haves:
- Bachelors degree in chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related discipline; MBA is a strong advantage.
- 7 years of B2B sales experience in water treatment chemicals or specialty chemicals preferably with direct exposure to desalination or industrial water management sectors.
- Proven track record of working with government entities and navigating public procurement frameworks in the Middle East.
- Fluent in Arabic and English language proficiency is required
- Strong commercial acumen negotiation skills and technical understanding of water chemistry and membrane treatment processes.
- Experience in managing cross-cultural distributor networks and working independently in a regional setup.
- Candidate MUST be from Italmatch Chemicals or MUST have previoulsy worked for BWA Water Additives.

Overview:
- Unique Solutions for Chemical Industries (USCI) is a limited liability company located in Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- USCI produces speciality chemicals primarily for use in Thermal SWRO BWRO Desalination plants throughout the GCC and wider MENA region.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related discipline; MBA is a strong advantage.
- 2 7 years of B2B sales experience in water treatment chemicals or specialty chemicals preferably with direct exposure to desalination or industrial water management sectors.
- Proven track record of working with government entities and navigating public procurement frameworks in the Middle East.
- Fluent in Arabic and English language proficiency is required
- Strong commercial acumen negotiation skills and technical understanding of water chemistry and membrane treatment processes.
- Experience in managing cross-cultural distributor networks and working independently in a regional setup.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Africa required is preferential
