Operations Manager (Specialty Coffee)

Job Summary
Our Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Manager (Specialty Coffee) to lead our specialty coffee division in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a FULL TIME position for a dedicated professional who will oversee all aspects of our coffee operations from supply chain management to customer service. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the specialty coffee industry committed to driving operational excellence maintaining the highest quality standards and fostering a positive team culture. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency profitability and growth of our coffee business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all specialty coffee outlets ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop implement and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency productivity and service quality.
- Manage the entire supply chain including the sourcing of high-quality coffee beans vendor relationships and inventory control for all supplies.
- Lead train and mentor a team of baristas and support staff promoting a culture of continuous improvement and passion for coffee.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Manage budgets analyse financial performance control costs and implement strategies to maximise profitability.
- Uphold an exceptional level of customer service ensuring a premium experience for every guest.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and contribute to the development of new products and services.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards for all beverages and food items served.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an operations management role specifically within the specialty coffee or premium food and beverage sector.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee from bean-to-cup including sourcing roasting profiles and various brewing methods.
- Strong leadership team management and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent financial acumen with demonstrable experience in budgeting P&L management and cost control.
- Exceptional organisational problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine passion for the specialty coffee industry and a steadfast commitment to quality.
- A degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field is highly desirable.
