We are currently searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager:
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery scope alignment and stakeholder engagement.
Define program objectives success metrics and governance frameworks to guide project execution.
Manage risks dependencies and escalations across multiple streams proactively identifying signals before incidents occur.
Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends gaps and opportunities.
Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.
Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
Partner with engineering product and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse including data modeling and flows.
Hands-on experience with PowerApps for custom application development.
Advanced skills in Power BI specifically in reporting dashboards and DAX.
Solid understanding of data governance security and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired:
Experience with Azure services and integration with Dataverse.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
