Job Summary
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a French speaking Customer Service Advisor for their office in Athens Greece.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Build sustainable customer relationships through clear and effective communication
Provide accurate and complete information using internal tools and processes
Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account-related activities
Follow internal communication procedures guidelines and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or near-native French speaker with excellent communication skills and natural accent with good command of English
Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage
Strong phone communication and active listening skills
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles
Good MS Office skills
Ability to multitask prioritise and manage time effectively
