Experienced Embedded Software Developer level 4

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Developer to join a dynamic this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining embedded software solutions for advanced safety-critical systems. You will work in an agile environment collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality reliable and secure software using requirement-based development processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded software for various platforms and architectures with a focus on safety-critical systems

• Write clean efficient and well-documented code in accordance with DO-178 standards

• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with hardware components

• Participate in requirement analysis and traceability

• Perform software testing and debugging

• Contribute to development processes

• Work in an agile environment

• Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Embedded Software Developer

• Strong programming skills in C and Python

• Experience with embedded systems microcontrollers and RTOS

• Familiarity with DO-178 and requirement-based development

• Experience with version control (Git or similar)

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Relevant degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with safety-critical software

• Knowledge of security practices

• Familiarity with HDL (VHDL/Verilog)

• Experience with embedded Linux

• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink
