About the client:

We are working with a leading European specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of central nervous system disorders (CNS) currently seeking a Global Head of Supply Chain. The position is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid work model.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize the endtoend global supply chain ensuring seamless and efficient operations from procurement to distribution.

You will play a key role in driving strategic and operational excellence strengthening cross-functional collaboration and ensuring supply continuity cost optimization regulatory compliance and superior customer service in a dynamic and fastgrowing environment.

Your Major Accountabilities

• Strategy & Standards: Lead and implement global supply chain strategies standards and processes in alignment with corporate objectives.

• S&OP Leadership: Act as the main interface between Commercial Operations and Technical Operations ensuring alignment through the S&OP process.

• End-to-End Oversight: Oversee endtoend supply chain activities: procurement forecasting inventory management distribution CMOs supplier management and logistics.

• Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation and bestpractice implementation to enhance supply chain efficiency visibility and agility.

• Process Standardization: Ensure standardized procedures across forecasting logistics coordination master data management and artwork management.

• Performance Management: Define monitor and analyze global KPIs leading continuous improvement and costoptimization initiatives.

• People Development: Build and develop a highperforming global supply chain team driving capability development and organizational excellence.

• Governance & Risk: Manage budgets assess risks ensure business continuity compliance and adherence to industry regulations.

• Lifecycle Support: Support product launches lifecycle management and market expansions through robust planning and scenario management.

We Would Like You To Have

• Education: Degree in Engineering Economics or Business Administration; MBA preferred.

• Experience: 10 years of management experience leading international Supply Chain teams in the pharmaceutical industry ideally in a corporate role.

• External Management: Proven experience working with international CMOs and suppliers.

• Expertise: Experience with global S&OP forecasting advanced planning systems and digital supply chain tools.

• Leadership: Strong communication skills crossfunctional leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of SAP GMP and endtoend supply chain processes (MaketoDemand ProcuretoPay OrdertoCash).

• Software: Advanced MS Office skills (Excel PowerPoint); experience with automation or programming tools is a plus.

• Languages: Fluent English; ability to collaborate across geographies in multicultural settings.

• Mobility: Availability for travel up to 20%.
